Honiton Market Charter Day has always been about community. For years, a dedicated team of volunteers has worked tirelessly alongside local businesses to make this cherished event a success. As the Honiton Market Charter Day Planning Group hands over the reins following a fantastic 2025, we want to say a huge thank you for their incredible hard work, commitment, and lasting legacy.
This year, Honiton Town Council, with support from Tonic Creatives, is excited to bring you Honiton Market Charter Day on Saturday 18th July 2026.
What’s On?
Get ready for a town-wide celebration across the Town Centre, Allhallows Playing Field, and Northcote Lane. We’re bringing back the "familiar favourites" you love, alongside brand-new surprises for the whole family:

• Community & Charity Stalls: A vibrant array of local causes and crafts.
• Classic Car Show: Hosted by the Honiton Lions.
• The Fun Dog Show: A popular highlight for our four-legged friends.
• Live Performances: Entertainment throughout the day.
  The theme for this year is 'Storytelling' to coincide with 2026 being the National Year of Reading. There will be a particular focus on stories from the celebration in years gone by and we will be welcoming themed stalls, activities and windows.
