I asked Tonic Creatives to produce the opening event for Exmouth Festival. They ran workshops in the community to create sea creature headdresses and giant puppets, and brought all the groups together with drummers in a brilliant parade. They are a pleasure to work with; supportive, creative and unflappable. It made my job easier because I knew I could leave the whole event in their capable hands while I dealt with the hundreds of other things demanding my attention.

Fantastic to work alongside the Tonic Team at the amazing SEAFEST 2023 event. Mark & I ran Mermaid Life Drawing workshops with a fabulous mermaid, all the team couldn't do enough to support us and the joy on children's faces when they had finished their artwork was so heartwarming! I was introduced to Tonic Creatives through the Stolen Seagull Scavenger Hunt, when I decorated one of the gulls. SSSH coincided with me leaving teaching to follow my creative dreams. I took a chance and contacted Tonic in the Spring of 2023. The team have been great. Every once in a while I’m set a new challenge to provide an activity that fits in with theme of the event they’re organising. If I’ve had a question or suggested an alternative idea it’s been carefully considered so that together we’ve delivered something to been proud of. Everyone has been really lovely to work with and welcoming and I love being a part of the events because of the diversity of what’s on offer. Vibrant, Original and Fun.
